As Chief Strategy and Client Relations Officer, Steven works closely with the firm’s attorneys and management to create an excellent experience for all the firm’s clients by delivering efficient service and value. He has more than 25 years of marketing, business development, and legal operations experience, with much of that time at AmLaw 200 firms. Most recently, he served as Perkins Coie’s Senior Director of Client Relationships, leading a team that provided account management support to Fortune 100 clients.

Prior to joining Flannery | Georgalis, Steven held multiple senior positions helping law firms plan and execute growth initiatives. During his career, he has developed strong teams in many areas, including proposal support, competitive intelligence, project management, and client relations. Steven also works closely with individual attorneys on business generation and pricing strategy. Most recently, he served as Perkins Coie’s Senior Director of Client Relationships.
