Sheri Jolly is an Analyst with Flannery | Georgalis, bringing more than 27 years of experience in the area of dental and healthcare operations.

Sheri began her professional career serving dental providers in both clinical and administrative roles. Throughout her career, she experienced many changes in the provider space including significant changes to HIPAA requirements and the vast Medicaid expansion under the Affordable Care Act. Sheri also spent more than 10 years in healthcare management positions overseeing compliance challenges for service providers. Her management oversight included performing clinical chart reviews, billing audits, and insurance fraud investigations.

In 2016, Sheri founded a consulting company focused on serving dental and healthcare providers, which provided insurance billing guidance, records audits, efficiency training, and internal investigations. In 2019, to better serve her clients, Sheri became a Certified Fraud Examiner and expanded offerings to include compliance consultancy and fraud investigations.
