Sean is an experienced litigator and problem solver with a broad range of experience representing private companies and individuals in civil litigation, corporate investigations, and white-collar criminal defense.
Sean’s civil litigation experience includes matters in federal and state courts involving breach of contract, fraud, product liability, trade secret protection, copyright infringement, ethics investigations, civil conspiracy, employment matters, civil RICO, and business disputes. His white-collar criminal defense experience includes the defense of corporate entities and individuals charged with, or investigated for, bank fraud, mail and wire fraud, criminal RICO, public corruption, theft, money laundering, tax fraud, immigration offenses, health care fraud, firearms offenses, ethics violations, and environmental crimes.
After law school, Sean served as a judicial law clerk in both the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas and Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals. Following his clerkships, Sean entered private practice and worked for a leading boutique litigation firm in Cleveland, Ohio, representing individuals and corporate entities in all areas of complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense.
