Sarah Mink

Sarah is an Associate Attorney in the Charlotte office. She earned her Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law where she was named to the Academic Honors List. Sarah focused her curriculum on national security and criminal defense. Sarah gained valuable experience working for the Office of the Capital Defender, in Durham, and as a member of the Campbell Law Innocence Project, a pro-bono partnership with the North Carolina Center on Actual Innocence.

While in law school, Sarah served as the founding director of the McIntyre-Whichard Legal Fellows program, led by former U.S. Congressman Mike McIntyre and former North Carolina Supreme Court Justice Willis Whichard. Sarah also worked for U.S. Congressman Dan Bishop and served as a judicial extern for Honorable Angelica C. McIntyre, Chief District Court Judge of Robeson County. Sarah actively engaged in restorative justice practices on North Carolina’s Death Row. She was equally devoted to fostering diversity and inclusion through her involvement as Secretary of Lambda Law.

Prior to attending law school, Sarah studied Political Science and Chemistry at UNC-Chapel Hill where she also served as captain of the cheerleading team.
