Patrick Rahill

Patrick is Counsel in the Cleveland office. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, internal investigations, and criminal defense. Patrick regularly represents individuals and businesses in state and federal courts and has extensive experience navigating sensitive and high-stakes disputes.

Patrick’s recent representative experience includes:

  • Defended a client against a temporary restraining order in federal court alleging violations of federal trademark law;
  • Lifted a preliminary injunction in state court involving allegations of fraud and theft in a business context;
  • Compelled arbitration in state court, defended that position on appeal, and reached a favorable resolution for the client during arbitration;
  • Obtained a favorable resolution for a manufacturing client through mediation;
  • Conducted numerous internal investigations for private and public employers; and
  • Represented victims in complex federal court proceedings, both in civil and criminal proceedings.

Before joining Flannery | Georgalis, Patrick clerked for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Prior to his clerkship, he practiced at a civil litigation boutique, representing clients in diverse business litigation matters.
