Nathan’s practice focuses on complex criminal investigations, civil litigation, and appeals. Prior to joining Flannery | Georgalis, Nathan served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Edmund A. Sargus, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, as well as Justice Pat DeWine of the Ohio Supreme Court.
Nathan attended The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was awarded the highest grade in five of his law school courses. Graduating in the top 10% of his class, Nathan was admitted into the Order of the Coif. Nathan also served as the Articles Editor for The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law.
While attending law school, Nathan worked for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office and later received clinical experience working for Senator Kristina Roegner.
