Gjon Juncaj is a highly respected, seasoned trial attorney who has spent his career handling high-profile and sophisticated cases. Gjon now represents individuals and organizations facing complex government investigations and enforcement actions and is highly experienced in matters involving money laundering, asset forfeiture, and restitution. Gjon also represents clients in a wide variety of complex business litigation, advisory services, and immigration matters.

He also served in the National Security Unit, investigating threats to U.S. national security and its citizens.

Gjon’s Albanian heritage and fluency in the language uniquely positioned him to serve in international roles with the U.S. Department of Justice. Earlier in his career, Gjon served as Senior Litigation Counsel in the Office of Immigration Litigation at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. In this role, he supervised and litigated high-profile immigration cases nationwide and argued before several U.S. district and appellate courts. In addition, he served as the lead DOJ attorney on immigration habeas corpus litigation, personally handling such cases or advising U.S. Attorney Offices on the topic.
