Dominick focuses his practice on high-stakes criminal defense and commercial litigation. He assists clients in state and federal proceedings, providing guidance and strategies to navigate legal disputes. Drawing from a background in representing individuals in civil litigation, Dominick brings a strategic and practical approach to complex legal challenges.
Before joining Flannery | Georgalis, Dominick worked as an attorney for an employment litigation firm, representing dozens of clients in sensitive employment and commercial civil litigation matters in state and federal court and in arbitration proceedings.
Dominick earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, where he graduated summa cum laude. During his time at Capital, Dominick served as a Content Editor for the Capital University Law Review, and he was a two-year advocate on the National Moot Court Team. Dominick earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing and Contracts. He also graduated as a member of the Order of the Barristers, a prestigious distinction recognizing students for brief writing and oral advocacy.
