David Boehm

David is a highly experienced trial and appellate attorney, corporate counsel, and problem solver. He represents private companies, public sector employees, and individuals in complex federal and state civil litigation. He also advises on business issues and represents entities and individuals before the EEOC, Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, and other administrative arenas.

His significant trial experience includes matters involving the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, claims brought under the ADA, ADEA, and Title VII, defamation, toxic torts, and product liability matters.

His trial victories at both the federal and state level have resulted in significant financial awards for his clients.

David’s experience extends to the appellate courts having successfully represented individuals and companies in both the 8th District Court of Appeals and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
