Christina Lakatos

Christina’s practice focuses on high-stakes, sensitive matters with a concentration in criminal matters. She assists clients in state and federal grand jury investigations, developing advanced legal strategies to navigate complex disputes. She earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law. While in law school, she honed her legal skills during externships for Judge Solomon Olver, Jr. of the Northern District of Ohio, as well as the Federal Public Defender. She also served as a law clerk at the Cuyahoga County Public Defender and an established criminal defense Cleveland-based law firm. By participating in her law school’s Pretrial Justic Clinic, she gained experience advocating for indigent defendants to ensure equal quality of representation.

Before pursuing law, Christina received her master’s degree in international relations from The George Washington University, after which she worked in Washington, D.C. for several years in the field of communications for two international organizations. After that, she returned to her home state of Ohio to pursue a successful career in wine sales, managing a team throughout Northeast Ohio.
