Brian is a Partner at Flannery | Georgalis and focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, probate and estate litigation, trust and estate administration and estate planning.

Brian has significant experience representing individuals, fiduciaries and non-profit organizations throughout Ohio enforcing the rights of each and defending claims in matters such as will and trust contests, misappropriation of funds and fiduciary malfeasance, beneficiary disputes and fiduciary litigation.

Additionally, Brian represents privately owned business entities in a variety of legal matters, including, litigation, contract review, shareholder/owner disputes, real estate, succession planning, and management of litigation exposure. Brian works directly with business owners in the starting, sale and acquisition of businesses.

Prior to Flannery | Georgalis, Brian was a partner at Ziegler Metzger LLP where he was involved in a variety of the firm’s practice areas.
