Ben is an Associate Attorney, in the Pittsburgh Office. His practice focuses on complex and sensitive matters, with concentrations in healthcare, investor fraud, and other financially sensitive white collar matters. He earned his Juris Doctor at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, where he graduated cum laude. During his studies, Ben gained valuable experience as a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board and competed in three national trial advocacy competitions. He also assisted Professor Jane Moriarty as a Research Assistant.
While in law school, Ben worked as a summer associate with Flannery | Georgalis from 2023 to 2024. In addition, he gained substantial experience while working as a Certified Legal Intern with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, where he further developed his advocacy skills and understanding of criminal practice. Prior to law school, Ben interned with a financial compliance consulting firm.
