Traci Cook joins Flannery Georgalis, LLC as Counsel in the Morgantown office. Traci is a former federal prosecutor and seasoned trial attorney with nearly three decades of experience in the courtroom. Her practice focuses on complex criminal and civil litigation at both the state and federal levels.
As Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Harrison County, West Virginia, Traci personally handled numerous high-profile trials involving violent crime, fraud, and child and adult sexual assault. She went on to serve as Supervisory Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia, where she prosecuted federal criminal cases involving violent crimes, narcotics, fraud, and firearms, and collaborated with multiple federal investigative agencies, gaining broad experience in the strategic evaluation of criminal cases and investigative priorities.
Additionally, Traci brings extensive private practice experience handling complex civil litigation across a wide range of practice areas and representing clients in criminal defense matters at both the state and federal levels.
