Flannery Georgalis, LLC is proud to welcome Vickie Joyce, CPA, CFE to the Firm’s Investigative Team as a forensic accountant. Vickie has over 30 years of experience in federal and state government, developing extensive knowledge in healthcare compliance, regulations, and reimbursement systems, with a deep expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, HMOs, and PPOs.
Prior to joining F | G, Vickie spent 25 years with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Indiana, where she investigated matters and supported prosecutors in complex healthcare fraud cases that led to numerous criminal convictions, civil settlements, and the recovery of millions of taxpayer dollars. As a core member of the District’s Healthcare Fraud Taskforce, Vickie led and coordinated multi-agency criminal and civil investigations alongside the HHS-OIG, FBI, DEA, Indiana Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, DCIS, IRS, and state and local law enforcement.
Her ability to transform complex financial data into actionable strategy makes her an indispensable resource for F | G clients.
