Columbus, Ohio (July 26, 2023). Flannery Georgalis, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Investigator, Rick Mains. Rick has more than 20 years of federal law enforcement experience as an agent with the FBI serving on the Joint Terrorism Task Force and Assistant Legal Attaché for the FBI’s International Operations Division.
“Rick brings to the firm a rich history of spearheading complex sanctions, export controls, and criminal investigations that include multi-jurisdictional coordination between nations,” said Co-Founder Paul Flannery. “He adds another dimension to our team of experienced federal investigators to further aid in defending clients involved in sensitive matters and complex litigation.”
Prior to joining F | G, Rick held multiple supervisory roles within the FBI, including leadership roles with the FBI’s Columbus and Cincinnati Offices. In this capacity, he developed insider threat programs for multiple federal agencies to further the FBI’s counterintelligence mission of protecting sensitive information of the United States. Most recently, he served as Director of Global Security for NetJets where he was responsible for corporate internal investigations, due diligence, and regulatory compliance matters.
