Flannery Georgalis, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Alex Rokakis as Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Cleveland office. Bringing over 33 years of experience as an Assistant United States Attorney, Alex has handled complex civil cases on behalf of the Department of Justice, including sophisticated False Claims Act enforcement and qui tam matters. He also has experience overseeing the United States Attorney’s Office criminal and civil collections program and the enforcement of victim’s rights under the Mandatory Victims Restitution Act of 1996.
