Columbus, Ohio (March 25, 2022). In the wake of its rapid and continued growth, Cleveland-based law firm, Flannery | Georgalis has announced the opening of a new office in Columbus, Ohio.
The Columbus office is led by Matthew Jalandoni, a former Army prosecutor and Assistant Section Chief/Unit Supervisor in the Charitable Law and Environmental Enforcement Law sections of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Jalandoni brings a wealth of experience to the firm, including deep expertise in environmental compliance and enforcement, non-profit organizations, charitable trusts and gaming regulation, and military courts-martial and adverse administrative actions.
“Matt is a tremendous addition to our firm,” says co-founder Paul Flannery. “His experience with government and corporate internal investigations, criminal defense, and complex civil litigation will be a great asset to the clients we serve.”
Co-founder Chris Georgalis adds: “Matt is a veteran litigator who’s achieved success as a prosecutor and defense attorney. His experience with the ins and outs of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, and his prior leadership roles in the Charitable Law and Environmental sections, two heavily regulated areas, will be invaluable to clients.”
Flannery | Georgalis specializes in sensitive matters and complex investigations, disputes, and litigation. In addition to its Columbus location, Flannery | Georgalis has offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as its home base in Cleveland, Ohio.
